I was drawn to BAE Systems by the breadth and variety of the work. The opportunity to be part of projects that span everything from submarines to aircraft, and from early design through to in-service support, really stood out to me. It offered a chance to build a career in an environment where no two challenges are the same, and where there is always something new to learn.
What's kept me here is the continuous opportunity to grow. Being part of a team that faces new challenges every day means I’m constantly developing my skills, expanding my perspective and building my experience as a project professional. I’m encouraged to step into unfamiliar situations, learn quickly and support others, which has been key to my progression.
At the heart of my role is creating clarity where there is uncertainty. I’m passionate about bringing structure to complex, fast moving work and helping teams move forward with confidence. Project management is as much about people as it is about process, building strong relationships, aligning different perspectives and creating a shared sense of purpose. That balance is what makes the role so engaging.

I enjoy working with people from a wide range of disciplines, each bringing their own expertise and perspective. Supporting teams to stay aligned, motivated and focused, even when challenges arise, is a key part of what I do.
